The Taylor Pro digital kitchen scales feature a brushed stainless steel bowl, which when placed on the platform, accurately measures your dry and liquid ingredients. The scales' tare functionality will zero out the bowl's weight - to measure just the ingredients within.

The scale will weigh a maximum dry capacity of 5000g, and a maximum wet capacity of 5,000 ml (176 fl oz).
