Our steamer cabinet is ideal for high-volume large-scale Asian style steaming. This ESC model has a 30kW rapid induction high-frequency coil technology which produces steam within 5 minutes of start-up. Three tiered cabinets with total max load of 14kg and gasket sealed doors to lock in steam effectively.
