The FSV-60 is the only split pan fryer in it's class offering a 2-basket plus 1-basket layout. This practical configuration supports higher-volume cooking on one side while maintaining a dedicated zone for secondary menu items - ideal for kitchens producing larger quantities of products like chips while simultaneously cooking proteins or speciality items.
