Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with our Sales team, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage our social media presence, including posting updates, responding to comments, and running campaigns.
• Research information on potential vendors, industry trends, and other topics as needed.
• Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files and documents.
• Answer phones and screen calls professionally, taking customer orders and maintaining files.
• Support all team members through various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school (Grade 12) or equivalent required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge preferred.
• Social media savvy a plus.
• Driver's license preferred.
