Local Orders around the Cairns region will delivered by Chef Link or a courier service.
All orders outside Cairns attract shipping costs.
Minimum order value for FREE delivery in Cairns is $80
All in stock items will be dispatched within 48-72 hours of purchase, unless the item is out of stock or a back order.
Back Ordered items will be dispatched when they arrive at our warehouse in Cairns, please contact us for estimated time of arrival of back ordered products.
We use Australia Post to ship most of our smaller items, all freight times are dependent on this service.
Large orders may incur an additional shipping fees.
Regional areas will incur additional fees. The additional fee will vary, based on the shipping location.
Some item may be shipped directly from our suppliers. The supplier will choose how they send the item to you - normally Australia Post or a Courier Service.

Accounts, phone orders and in store orders may be paid via direct deposit. Goods will not be shipped until the amount paid is cleared into the bank on COD accounts.
