The Turbofan EC40M5 is a full-size electric combi oven with direct steam capability and 5 x 1/1 GN tray capacity. Featuring electro-mechanical controls and three manual cooking modes (Convection, Steam, and Combi), this compact 777mm wide unit delivers 7kW heating power with automatic fan direction inversion for perfectly uniform cooking. The oven includes a double-glazed door with thermo-reflective tempered glass and comes complete with a hand shower featuring triple action water filter.
